Since 1982, with a focus on quality and innovation Manbulloo has led the way in Australian mango production. With seven family-owned mango farms across Northern Australia and a network of external growers, Manbulloo is the largest supplier of premium quality Kensington Pride mangoes in the country.
About the Role
Due to continued growth and our commitment to innovation and improvement, we’re excited to announce the newly created role of IT Business Systems Administrator.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting IT technology and systems across the entire business. You will leverage your expertise and initiative to implement, administer, and support industry-standard business applications, enhancing their integration, availability, and utility across the business.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with management and end-users to ensure business systems operate smoothly and are optimized to meet needs.
- Administer on-premises and SaaS applications, including user management, configuration, integration, and testing.
- Serve as an internal IT support and subject matter expert, contributing to daily solutions as well as major implementations and changes.
- Manage Microsoft 365 and other services, including Dynamics, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Sharepoint.
- Ensure compliance with Security Standards including ISO27001
- Implement, monitor and maintain security measures and policies, including detecting and addressing violations.
- Plan and oversee company hardware, installations and upgrades.
- Participate in IT and business systems strategy, planning, research and evaluation, including recommendations for enhanced capabilities, efficiencies and productivity.
There’s plenty of variety too. Out of harvest season your focus is most likely to be more on the strategic side, whereas in-season the priority will be to support the team right across the business.
About You
Ideally, you hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cloud Computing, or a relevant field, and have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Administrator or a similar role. If you have a little less experience but can show you have a really solid base level of knowledge and are keen to learn, grow and contribute, you could also be an ideal fit.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to multitask and solve problems autonomously and efficiently.
- Proactivity to consistently meet or beat deadlines, show initiative, and quickly adapt to new challenges, opportunities and tasks.
- Detail-orientation with decisions and recommendations driven by data.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ideally, you have extensive experience with Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and SCCM, and experience with Oracle NetSuite or Microsoft BC.
